At the end of May, the acquisition of our German sector colleague, SimKon, was completed. Vansichen is taking over the shares of the German company.

SimKon produces tracks for robots and is located in Hilchenbach (near Cologne). The benefits are significant for both parties; Vansichen can increase its capacity significantly and gain a foothold in the German market via a player with an ISO9001 certificate, active in the automotive sector, among others. For SimKon, the product range of tracks the company can offer will increase dramatically. The current manager, Gunter Ziel, will remain at SimKon, as well as its 6 employees. From now on, SimKon G. Ziel GmbH will operate under the trade name SimKon – By Vansichen and will therefore also have a logo in the corporate identity of Vansichen Linear Technology.
